POWER MIXER XRD680
The XRD™ 680 Plus mixer is an eight-channel, powerful, easy-to-use, portable mixing console with a built-in digital effects and power amplifier. The XRD™ 680 Plus features a rugged, heavy-gauge, cold-rolled steel and aluminum chassis finished in oven-cured epoxy for toughness, which utilizes the latest photographic film and U.V.-cured ink technology for razor-sharp, hard-wearing control I.D. and calibration graphics.
This unit features stereo digital effects with over 120 presets. The eight independent input channels each offer both high and low impedance balanced inputs. Three band active EQ is provided on each channel (low, mid, and high). Monitor mix capability is taken "pre" of all channel level and EQ functions via monitor send controls on each channel. Each channel also includes a "post" effects send control which doubles as the level for built-in reverb.
The master section provides complete control over all channel functions, AUX inputs, and main system equalization. The equalizer section is the proven 9-band active graphic with separate "in" and "out" patching, allowing the graphic to be used on other functions other than the mains when desired. Master level controls are provided for the main, monitor, and effects mixes, and switch selectable phantom power has been included as standard equipment. The master patch panel provides totally separate access to all channels of the mixer section, the 9-band graphic, and the two 300 watt at 4 ohms power amplifiers.
Our exclusive DDTTM compression circuitry is featured with the power section to electronically sense the onset of clipping and minimize audible distortion in the power amp. RCA jack tape inputs and tape outputs are provided in the master section to simplify tape recording from the unit and playing tapes into the system. The amplifiers can also be split for main and monitor applications.
